I have been visiting the Tim Hortons on Boulevard Samson in Laval for over 10 years, and unfortunately the cleanliness has consistently been disappointing and never chenged anything ,The handicap-accessible door has not worked for years, and the entrance is often very dirty. The overall hygiene of the store is not up to standard, and it makes the experience uncomfortable. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and accessibility of this location.

The service here is amazing compared to all the tims i’ve went to!! Amara was such a sweet lady who was super kind and friendly throughout the whole time.
Very nice restaurant to visit which I recommend to everyone. I went there with my friends and I found employees very humble with very good foods and drinks.
