Je suis une cliente régulière de cet établissement. Je pense que la direction a changé récemment, car depuis deux semaines, la qualité du service s’est nettement dégradée. Avant cela, le service était rapide, chaleureux et l’environnement était propre. Actuellement, le lieu est très sale. The main issue with this Tim Hortons location is the inconsistency in service. Some days, the staff is efficient, friendly, and the service is quick. Other times, even when it's not busy, the service is chaotic, slow, and unorganized. It’s frustrating as a regular customer to never know what to expect. A bit more consistency would really improve the overall experience…
