Employee's Making constant mistakes throughout the hour of my stay. I hadn't seen so many food returns before at a Tim's. I had to return 4 times to ask for my order after waiting extremely patiently at my table for a while. Once I got my order, the item selection was wrong. Employee's on their phones, and speaker blasting personal music in the establishment. Employees shown respect towards their mistakes.
