Très mauvaise expérience au service au volant. Une erreur a été faite dans ma commande. On m’a fait attendre à l’intérieur pour plus de 40 minutes pour un remboursement, pour ensuite me dire de revenir le lendemain. Ça fait maintenant près de 3 semaines. J’ai appelé deux fois, on m’a promis des rappels : toujours rien. Aucun suivi. Aucun remboursement. C’est un manque total de respect envers le client. Très déçu du service client du restaurant et de l’organisation Tim Hortons en général.
Every time I order a decaf coffee, there is no coffee!!! Just hot water and milk. The employees always say the machine is broken!!! #1 of it’s broken DONT SERVE CUSTOMERS HOT WATER SND MILK #2 FIX IT!!!! also, no matter what time of day or week you go there they NEVER have any baked goods. Today I I went at 5pm and asked for a box of 6 donuts. They said they have NO donuts. And she said they stop making baked goods at 3pm even if they close at 10. This has to be the worst time Hortons and so poorly managed!
