Incredibly rude staff. Specifically Zorica taking the Orders is condescending and repeatedly punches in wrong orders and says the customer is wrong. When we told her there are errors, she was adamant that she heard different and then said, " Mister, do you think I'm stupid!?" The staff making the orders yells back at customers who identify wrong orders being made. We had to open up the bagel to show them, and they were still rude when taking it back.
