Quick service and the ice capp was great.
Came in wanting to buy something but REALLY needed to use the bathroom first. Bathrooms are locked. I wait to ask for the key only for the manager lady to yell that the toilets are broken. I asked "all of them?" To which she replies yes. There were no signs on the doors so she lied just to get me to leave. Ended up needing to go use the bathroom elsewhere and not buying anything. I wont give my money to people who don't care about customers or potential customers.
Very rude! Came in the morning and she definitely ruined my morning with her attitude. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she’s throwing bad attitude towards the customer
