Service 10/10 très rapide et efficace
Le service était déplorable lors de ma récente visite. J'ai commandé un café, mais la serveuse, petite et corpulente, était totalement incompétente. Elle parlait sa langue maternelle et tenait des propos offensants. Malgré une attente de près de 10 minutes, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Je demande à la direction d'intervenir auprès de cette employée afin de lui inculquer les bases du service client et le respect dû à la clientèle.

I had a really good experience here. The coffee was fresh and perfectly made, and the food was warm and tasty. The staff were polite and the place was clean and well organized. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.
