This happened in the drive-through. I ordered an iced brown sugar latte, but I was first given a hot drink. When I told them I needed the iced version, instead of correcting the order, I was given plain brown iced coffee, which is not what I ordered. I understand it’s just $5, but that’s not the point. I was charged the full amount, was not given a receipt, and no refund or proper replacement was offered. I would give a higher rate for food, as i do enjoy their turkey bacon club, but the lady that made my sandwich forgot to take the slip of parchment out from between my turkey slices. I took one bite and noticed the parchment was left and made into the sandwich. I know they try to do things as fast as possible, but I feel this is something that should be checked for every time they make a sandwich.

I visited this Tim Hortons in the morning and ordered through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the food was overcooked (see photo). This was disappointing, as I usually expect better quality, especially during breakfast hours. I hope this can be looked into.
