Service tout simplement honteux. Je suis venue commander un latté glacé au caramel avec un extra espresso. Déjà, j’attends plus de 10 minutes parce que leur machine pour payer ne fonctionne pas. Mais le pire, c’est l’attitude de l’employée prénommée Malek. Dès qu’elle est intervenue, elle a été condescendante, hautaine, méprisante. Elle me parle comme si je la dérangeais. Service sucks. Employees are Slow and rude.
Ever since the new owners have taken over there seems to be less filling in the donuts, and the icing seems to be watered down. This needs to be rectified.
One of the worst tim hortons I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. All the tables were dirty, the bathroom Hygiene conditions were even worse. It seems like they never clean their dining area. Not sure how they are okay with running their businesses in such a filthy conditions.
