I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, but the staff member initially gave me a hot coffee. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of making a fresh iced drink, she simply added ice cubes to the hot coffee and changed the cup. I explained that the drink was still hot from the bottom, but she did not acknowledge the issue and responded rudely. This is not what I expect in terms of customer service.
