Crystal was very cheerful. Great customer service
I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, but the staff member initially gave me a hot coffee. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of making a fresh iced drink, she simply added ice cubes to the hot coffee and changed the cup. I explained that the drink was still hot from the bottom, but she did not acknowledge the issue and responded rudely. This is not what I expect in terms of customer service. When went in there were two girls working. Both looked at me ignored me left me waiting for about 10 mins. Not once acknowledging me. Finally when one came to the counter she said nothing except for paying with debit. She was not friendly it was like I inconvenienced her. Sadly Customer service seems to be a thing of the past.....very disappointed.
Rooja is amazing — she helped me place my order, and it was my first time buying a meal at Tim Hortons.
Employee was talking to her coworker in their own language and didn't even take the time to greet me. Handed me my food and drink while still talking to their friend and didnt say a word to me. Maybe food service isn't a right fit for them. Edit: Tim Hortons asking me to fill out a survey is very on par. You guys have lost touch!
