Employees will straight up lie to you about what you ordered, ordered a large vanilla iced coffee and the guy said it was caramel when I ordered, I then asked if it wasn’t vanilla and he asked a lady then told me it was vanilla when it clearly wasn’t. This has happened to me multiple times instead of correcting their mistake they will just straight up lie to you. This Tim Hortons has gone absolutely to crap in the last couple years
The Day staff is 10x better than the evening staff.
