The staff always do their best to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming at all time.
Upsetting service today. It wasn’t busy. I ordered 2 hashbrowns. The cashier made me pay. As I was waiting she called me to let me know that they were out of hashbrowns. That didn’t bother me; I asked her if I would be reimbursed, to which she hesitated before asking a colleague, and then said yes. I ordered a bagel instead. She prepared it and expected me to take it and leave. I had to remind her about being paid the difference in price. She looked at me and said the price of the bagel was the same as the hashbrowns!
