This is the cleanest and best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! Even when it gets busy in the afternoons, the staff always stay calm, friendly, and greet everyone with a smile. Great service, great atmosphere — I definitely recommend this Tim Hortons!

It’s my worst experience for coming here . The people work here don’t have any sense how to communicate with the customer and they don’t have any thing to sever like egg trap and bagel. Also in the display counter of tim bits and donuts a-lot of flies are there and they are serving that food to the customer

I ordered a hot chocolate from the drive-through on November 3rd at around 8:00 p.m. The cashier working at the window was extremely rude to me just because my phone wasn’t working properly for payment. After the payment went through, she slammed the window in a very disrespectful way.

The environment at this Tim Hortons is very disappointing. The staff behave unprofessionally, often yelling at each other right in front of customers. Instead of focusing on good service and quality food, they seem more interested in dominating each other. The whole atmosphere feels chaotic and uncomfortable. “Highly recommend avoiding this location if you want a peaceful coffee experience.!”
