The environment at this Tim Hortons is very disappointing. The staff behave unprofessionally, often yelling at each other right in front of customers. Instead of focusing on good service and quality food, they seem more interested in dominating each other. The whole atmosphere feels chaotic and uncomfortable. “Highly recommend avoiding this location if you want a peaceful coffee experience.!”
I went to this store i was using coupons to purchase my coffee. The code was correct they said we need to chk they took 10 min to chk the code i was still standing there and at the end they said we can’t give u coffee. I was waiting there for 15 min for my order and they said its not correct. They making fool to the customer for charging more money for the coffee then why you have coupons to survey ( CK ) is the code for this month they said its wron. Always served with a smile. Love their food and steeped tea. I wish they made decaffeinated steeped tea though.
The girl with dark red hair and face piercings who took my order this morning was amazing, super friendly, fast, and always smiling! Great service!
