Customer “service” is very disappointing.
Slow in the drive through, takes time for them to Answer when ordering.
I visit this tim hortans so many times but this time its very different experience with their employe for their behaviour. I just want to give a special thank you to Supervisor Jashan for providing one of the most unforgettable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This place is a garbage. Their staff is so rude and ignorant, especially their so-called supervisor jashan. She doesn’t know how to treat customers. Never coming back. Management should tell her how to treat customers.
