I usually go to the Tim’s on 200th and 86 ave (happy face village) I was at Napa across the way and thought I’d try this place across the street, horrible coffee and the drive thru has such a tight curve to exit it’s almost impossible to not curb your wheels (rims) when leaving. Zero stars for this store, do better if your want to have “better” reviews
She say i dont have time to makeorders for you but there was almost 15 mins to closs shop thanks
I ordered just one small double double coffee from the drive thru, and the lady who was taking the order asked me the waiting time is 3 mins. However, i kept waiting for my coffee for almost 6 -7 minsss and the other cars were in the line too. It’s just not only the first time, every-time i get coffee from drive thru , the experience is same(worst). Very disappointed.
They messed up my order so many times, even after confirming with them when they handover it.
I was really disappointed with the service. The staff didn’t seem to care much, and my steeped tea wasn’t even stirred properly—it tasted weak and off. Definitely not what I expect from them.
