This establishment keeps getting worse by the day. This tim hortons is the most convenient for me. However, the last 2 weeks they have given me the wrong coffee 4 times. I am very reasonable so I repeat my order and say it slowly and even have them repeat my order back yet, they still provide the wrong order. Today, I paid at the window, the woman (approximately 8:56am) gave me my coffee. Not one had a name tag on, male employee at the cash was rude and couldn5 get anyone's order correct. I ordered a 4-cheese bagel with butter and plain cream cheese and got a plain bagel with herb and garlic, and was told thats what I ordered and too bad.
Good Job everyone. Food, service and place were all amazing. Two thumbs up.
