I ordered a decafe 2cream1sugar, I get home and it’s just a black coffee, i called multiple times with no answer, I worked in fast food and customer service for years and I get it, but they mess up EVERY time I’m there, they need to focus on 1 or 2 customers at a time and stop rushing it over, I’m not coming to this location again, there’s enough in the city to say this one’s the worst, and it never was like that.. we need to stop running it for them, they should take better care of their customers
There is a lady working in the evenings…i do not know her name..she is so polite and helpful
