The service was horrible. I waited 20 minutes to just grab a coffee and a plain croissant. 10 people in line and 1 cashier who’s new and definitely doesn’t know what she’s doing. On top of all that. 5-6 other workers are prioritizing the drive-through. How about the 10 people waiting in line. After all that waiting in line and what not they don’t have a plain croissant at 2:31 in the afternoon and the guy has the audacity to tell me it’s gonna take 30 minutes to make a new Batch. It is a good location, the employees are friendly and work hard at their jobs unfortunately they have to deal with many irate customers including customers who live in the area and are always scamming them for free food and drinks, these are regular customers one who comes every morning and purchases many coffees but always makes an attempt to scam the employees. I went through the drive thru for an iced Capp, the cup had a slit at the very bottom of the cup. This led to the iced Capp leaking all over my car and on me. And the cherry on top was the hair in my iced Capp. Never coming here again
