This place has gone to shits. Service is slow now, food is not as good as it used to be. And its always dirty. They really need to revamp this tims as its in a very busy area and could potentially do better. Just my thoughts as I have lived here for more than 20 years.
Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Don Mills and Lawrence location on **Saturday, August 1**, between approximately **10:40 am. and 10:50 a.m I waited in line for a considerable amount of time while the cashier continued serving customers around me\. Absolutely worst customer service. I ordered 2 iced cap, they gave me 1 with milk spilling all over and the other being super runny. Worst experience ever!
