I am writing to express my concern regarding the consistently poor accuracy of orders at this location. On multiple occasions, items have been missing or incorrect upon arriving home. While I have previously overlooked these issues, this has now occurred three consecutive weekends. As a customer, I expect orders to be fulfilled accurately and in full. This location was absolutely filthy. Tables were dirty, garbages overflowing. I asked staff if someone can clean the table- they stared back and did not respond.
Food would have received 4 stars but tried the new sausage and egg loaded box. Part of the loaded is 2 hash browns. Not a fan of hash browns. Gotta ask the questions next time.
