For five years I have been coming here for a medium coffee and bagel every morning at 5:30 am. A few weeks ago I started coming in and no one was there. Or they were missing one staff so no coffee was made. Staff looked like I was bothering them with my simple order. As of this week I refuse to go here. Unfortunate but I’d rather bring coffee from home now. Please if you’re open at 5 am, make sure you have coffee. It really throws people morning routine out of wack. Not a good start to the day.

The staff team was so patient with my long order and I had a great experience. I am here daily this is definitely a go to for me on my way to work. Shout out to Palak, she always provides the best service possible. On top of that she has my order mesmerized.
i don’t know how it’s possible for one place to consistently get every order wrong. i live around the corner and usually will only order a tea and a bagel or muffin and every single time, my tea and bagel are wrong. i’ll pay extra for vanilla syrup in my tea and it’s never in there! same goes for bagels, i always pay extra for h&g cream cheese and bacon & without fail i get regular cream cheese and no bacon. i could understand if i wasn’t actually paying for these up charges, but at this point im just giving them extra money... read more
