On way to ferry. 1st customers of the day. 2 x country breakfast wraps and 1 x loaded english muffin. 1 medium orange pekor amd 1 dbl dbl. Muffin not toasted at all, whatsoever. Not even a thought about it being warmed. Meat in all 3 breakfast items was from the past couple of days. Luke warm. Undercooked severly. The service counter lady is rude as hell. She is called Manaprett I think from the scribbled name badge. She downstared an older gent because he asked for milk in his drink and offered no please or thanks yous. She should not be in a counter service job if she can’t even be polite. The restaurant is a good stop, she makes it terrible. I wouldn’t come again purely because of her terrible service. I barely write reviews but I was astounded by her rudeness.

tims on the island really struggles to meet the standard. parksville tims wasn't much better but it was better.
