I preordered breakfast via the app for 6:35 A.M., but nothing was ready when I arrived. I was asked about my coffee, even though it was clearly listed on the receipt, and had to wait over 10 minutes. The team member was borderline rude, stating she was busy with other customers, despite there being only two customers in the shop at the time. The food itself was fine, but the service did not reflect the convenience of pre-ordering—hopefully it was just an off morning.
Some of the ppl need to learn how to count i ordered 20 pack of tim bits and got 17 when I looked in the box it didn't look like 20 so I counted 3 times and got 17 each time just sayen they should try harder
I ordered ice cap and chicken wrap. Service was very good. This whole food served by Prabhjot kaur, she assured the food was fresh and perfectly cooked
What have we become?! The days of having a little slice of Canadiana in every neighborhood has long passed! The coffee shop we used to know and love has transformed into an unrecognizable beast.
