Hello , I am at Tim Hortons St . George street it is 12:49 pm . I asked food service , do you have an espresso machine , she said no . Then I responded it is there I usually take my latte from her she said for today ! This is because they don’t want to open the machine !!!! Lazy to do so . Very bad customer experience .
