Worst ever experience I had in this tim every time. They don't have anything we order and replying very rudely. I ordered garlic bread they said no then I changed it to Potato wedges and still they are saying out of stock. I don't know how they are running this store. Should close it immediately.
I really don’t understand why this branch is open if they are not even responsible to fulfill the order. Today again it happened to me I did mobile order of coffee and Garlic bread . Normally it takes 10-15 min to make order but after waiting 20 min which is not an issue but then employee name (Aman) said we have just sold our last garlic bread and I was waiting there after giving order and I didn’t see anyone taking garlic bread and still because of rush I understand that it might be finished so I try to get herb and garlic... read more
I have a concern about my visit to your Tim Hortons today. one of your staff members was swearing and using inappropriate words while on duty. Although they were speaking in their own language, some of the words were understandable and not appropriate for a workplace.
Worst experience ever ruined my birthday store is closing at 6 pm and I went to order at 5.45 pm and they said they can’t make my thing. I ordered garlic bread and they said finish. Then I switched to potato wedges and they again declined and said it’s not good and need to make fresh which takes around half an hour. Why you guys are running a business if you don’t want to fulfill demand of consumers.
Always great and wonderful, their farmer sausage wrap is delicious. And the coffee is, as always, wonderful. The service is always very friendly and quick.
