Anyone that used to visit a Hortons location up to the early 2000s knows the standards are gone compared to what we used to get. I rarely visit anymore but I’m usually disappointed even more when I do go. ** after reading the response from the customer care folks - no thanks. You can’t fix my last visit. You can offer free product in order to get me back. I don’t wan free products. Fix your store so other folks have a better visit.
