The customer service at this Tim Hortons was disappointing. The banter between staff felt unprofessional, and the male employees, in particular, showed a noticeable lack of respect for women. Their tone when responding to managers came across as dismissive and disrespectful. On top of that, service inside was slow, making the drive-thru the only real option for quick service. Definitely not the experience I expected.
