I hate to leave a bad review, you sort of know what you are getting when you go to a Tims. But this one was a little rough. We waited at the counter without anyone acknowledging us for a few minutes. This was also an issue for others who came in after us, one patron yelled "can we get some service over here please!". The food was mid, wedges were really dry and old. Soup was good though and the sandwiches were alright.
