This is going to sound so pathetic but if I'm paying 6+ dollars for sandwiches I want it made the way I like. The past 3 days I've gone to this Tim's and gotten two simply sausage breakfast sandwiches on English muffins, double toasted for my son and I. And the past 3 days I have gotten what essentially tastes like raw English muffin, completely untoasted.
