I’ve generally had good experiences at this Tim Hortons, but today’s visit was disappointing. After waiting in the drive-thru line, I pulled up to one of the two order stations. I have been to this tim hortons multiple times and my order is always incorrect. Lately I have been ordering the iced Chai (as its my new obsession) and every time they put espresso in the drink. After speaking with employees at other tims they have told me espresso does not go into their chai unless requested. I have ordered it as a iced chai, iced Chai latte and have now been explicitly saying without espresso. However at other tims they are telling me there is never espresso added unless asked.
