Awesome customer service, communication, friendly, and direct
I went to Tim hortons this morning in my sweat pants and t shirt. When I got up to the counter inside there was a short man with glasses working the counter. At first he seemed to be pleasent but then I caught him staring at my chest. I mentioned that it was a Led Zeppelin cover thinking it was innocent. He then commented saying " are you feeling a bit cold" I quickly realized it was not innocent. Love this location so much! Moved to Stratford recently and they've been my go-to for a few months because of how consistent and nice they are. I have a dairy allergy so my orders can be very "customized"- they've never made me feel bad for having to modify my food AND they have never made a mistake making it! Thanks guys for all your hard work
