the woman (long hair, tied back in a braid) taking our order was very impatient with us considering we didnt know they couldnt make ice coffees/the such, and walked away halfway through taking our order, leaving the other employee (who was already busy making food and drinks, but was very sweet in comparison) to finish our order instead. i found this interaction to be very rude and an example of terrible customer service
I had really good experience at this place 39 king street tims with baljit kaur. She is very friendly in nature and takes order very nicely and make a excellent food.
Great and quick service
Ordered a medium double double they made a small then I watched the guy working cash take the small dump it into a medium top it off with coffee and handed to me I asked him doesn’t the small and medium give out different amount of sugar and cream he said no witch was a lie cause Iv literally worked at Tim’s before
