Despite repeating myself 3 times. I got the wrong bagel and wrong coffee. I then went back to exchange the bagel. My new bagel that was a toasted everything bagel with butter and cheddar cheese. It had zero butter on it and 1 slice of cheese which I had paid extra for. While all this was happening they messed up 2 other orders of the customers behind me. The whole experience was atrocious but it's not longer a surprise as Tim Hortons has truly hit rock bottom in every way.
The employees had a bit of trouble understanding my order I just didn’t want sauce on my sandwich but after we figured things out it was fine otherwise and the food was still good none the less.
