Horrible customer service from the drive thru Sunday, May 10th around 5pm. They made me feel super rushed. They were so pushy. They didn’t use any simple “please or thank you” manners. No smiles. Nothing. I miss the good ol’ CANADIAN Tim Hortons. 😞
Very disappointing. I supported my local Tim Hortons all the way until this morning. They lost my order, and people who came in 10 minutes after me received their food while I was still waiting. Obviously, I asked about it a couple of times, only to hear, “Your order will pop up.” After 20 minutes of waiting and watching many people receive their food ahead of me, I finally got my order - only to hear, “Next time, say thank you,” directed at my back as I walked away.
service was absolutely terrible, I placed an online order for three ice capps while it was shown as available in the app, when I came to pick it up, I didn't know I needed to tell them I had a pickup order at ghe speaker, I went to the window, and the lady was incredibly rude, telling me to drive around again, and then I drove around, back to the speaker, telling them I have a pickup order, and she told me that they don't have iced capp right now, telling me to wait for 15 minutes, I went into the store asking them why and c... read more
