Placed and on line order on a Sunday lunch time for collection. When I arrived I was told they had no cold brew (this seems to be a reoccurring theme). I was told that whoever was on shift the night before had not made any. I was told that the pineapple quenched was no longer available and hasn't been available for a while ! Why is it still on your order site!!!!!! I then had to ask for a refund for cold brew and they were surprised that I wanted a refund and I that I had asked.
