The manager name ROSE was so rude. she dont know how to treat the costumer. Her face always grumpy evertime i go there to buy my coffee. I don't see her smilling even to their employee i heard her shouting to them. I like the place to hang out because some of the employee are nice to me. except to that girl she is the manager she should be a role model to the other employee.
I am amazed by how accommodating and engaging and polite the staff. I came from the US to complete the Terry Fox run. She cheerfully greeted me a Happy birthday when I mentioned it’s my birthday today. Great job.

We usually only get coffee but thought we’d get food today. I ordered a BLT on an everything bagel. The order came back with sausage on it and the most deformed bagel Ive ever seen. Ill include pictures. There was one other car in the drive through so maybe do better, especially when you arent busy. Id have waited a bit longer. My husband still ate it and it was great, but if we pay for it, give us the quality everyone else gets, and dont put meat if its not asked for. Staff are always amazing.
