I’ve been disappointed with the customer service at Tim Hortons lately. The interactions feel robotic, like employees are just running on autopilot instead of genuinely engaging with customers. It’s rushed, impersonal, and honestly feels more like ordering from a vending machine than visiting a coffee shop. Tim Hortons used to be known for warmth and community, but that spark is missing.
