I had a really frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru today. The staff didn’t understand my order, and instead of politely asking me to repeat it, one of them responded rudely and told me “You need to explain properly.” I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, not attitude. I was speaking clearly and calmly, and there was no reason for that kind of response. Bought breakfast before taking my girlfriend home and every time I stop by this tims. The workers are super nice and patient and own up to mistakes quickly when forgetting parts of orders. Fast service as well its just a tim hortons with good staff.
Love Tim Hortons but my experience today was a bit disappointing. Customer service was unfriendly and did not respond to a question I asked. Hope it's better next time.
