Everything about this place has gone down hill. If you want a coffee and you’re the only person in the drive through your still going to wait about 5-10 minutes for it. They literally don't care at all. They all give you attitude at the window and wont even say hello or have a good night 0 customer service skills at all and to top it apl off your coffee will still be wrong after waiting that long, and if you want a toasted bagel well you better like that sucker burnt cause that’s what you'll get every time. Three times I waited 10 minutes at the counter .. 6 people behind the counter fulfilling drive thru orders and I was completely ignored . They never said a word and they were often in front of me . I walked out .. will never go back to this location
