Rajveer, the manager at your place, has no sense at all to speak.
Just get better workers. This used to be one of the best locations in Windsor and in less than 6 months it has gone downhill from one of the best to one of the worst. The staff is miserable if you tell them to have a nice day or say thank you. They do not say a word. The food quality has gotten terrible. You 9 out of 10 times will not get your food warm, especially in the morning. Coffee is always burnt. From my experience being an ex employee, this is not a good store nor do they have good owners or management. It is an extremely toxic place to work as well as a bullied environment. The amount of times management wouldn’t care to follow basic protocol but will write you up for not doing so. They don’t care about you or your own personal life. I recommend not working here. The store is disgusting, there was once mold in the ice machine and mold in the iced capp machine. YUP MOLD GETTING CONTAMINATED INTO YOUR DRINKS!!!!
