Encore une fois aujourd’hui, vendredi 18 juillet, impossible d’avoir un cappuccino glacé chez Tim Hortons. C’est pas la première fois que ça arrive — en fait, c’est la 4e fois cet été. Au début j’étais compréhensif, des problèmes d’approvisionnement, ça peut arriver. Mais rendu là, c’est clairement un manque de gestion. Le pire? Quand je dis à la fille au service à l’auto que je vais rien prendre vu qu’il n’y en a pas, elle me répond bête comme si j’étais l’problème. Aucune excuse, aucun service client.
