Pleasant staff, but woefully slow. They seemed to have 3 trainees on the counter who didn't seem to know what they were doing.
This is my Tim in my neighbourhood for 7 years now. I recently started to drive all the way to mchughs location because these guys here can’t make coffee. I visited multiple Tim’s in my life. That is the first one that DEMANDS we specify how many pumps of flavour we want. Everyone other Tim’s knows that small coffee is 2 pumps. Medium 3 pumps. It’s not rocket science. I’m sure the individuals working this particular night are nice but their English is not very good. Or maybe it was just that their accents were too strong, either way, I ordered a half dozen donuts and out of those six only two were correct. I ordered two large double doubles and I got medium sized coffees and one clearly wasn’t a double doubles. Now I was the only one in drive thru so I didn’t get someone else’s order. Unacceptable customer service as well. A smile at the very least would have gone a long distance
