Place a pick up order for two iced coffees The one coffee had grinds in the bottom, so I went in and had them remade it. They had to remake four different coffees before giving me my money back as the whole iced coffee bin was filled with grinds. Well I was there they made 5-10 coffee which all would have had grins in them this is unacceptable and the staff should learn how to brew coffee
Don't go here or any Tim Hortons. Go to McDonald's for a medium coffee & blueberry muffin for $2.69. The same order here costs $6.00
Grab a coffee, wish they had a decent selection of fresh made deep fried donuts instead of "Fresh baked from frozen" like Tim Horton originally had, he must be turning in his grave.
I used to be able to place mobile orders go in, and pick it up before work no problem. But don't even try that now. They don't start the order till you get there. You basically have to walk them through everything you ordered like its not on their screen. And will still mess the order up. It was starting to make me late every day. Had to stop.
