Nearly every single time we visit, on our way further north it is busy, but even when it's not, the service is always extremely slow. They seem way understaffed? We have stood in line, put in an order watched the person we ordered with make up our entire order, maybe taking 5 minutes, hand it to us, then take the next order. Once a year or so ago during a heat wave we were told it was too hot for them to turn on their ovens and therefore we couldn't order anything that needed heating/cooking.
