I went to this tims today (Monday) at 11 pm and the girl who was on drive thru, she was so rude with 0 customer service. I got a steep tea and it was not warm at all. When I went back, she started giving me random excuses and very bad attitude. This happened yesterday as well, there was the same girl on window with no greeting sense and had the same attitude.
Tried to order, waited in store for more than 5 minutes. Several staff members looked at us, not one greeted or approached the only open till. Will have to visit a different location that wants to serve customers.
Fast service and friendly staff.
