Edit: I decided to give them another chance. I ordered another Iced Coffee with less cream but they still gave me a regular iced coffee. In fact, I think they even put extra cream. I've been going to this location over the years and I can promise you that your drink will come out different almost every time. Sometimes, they ignore you when you ask for less cream or sugar. Waiting up to 10 minutes or longer also makes the experience frustrating Long story short, I wish there was a Robin's donuts nearby.
