Vidal St Tim’s has gone from being one of the fastest Tim’s in Sarnia to the slowest one around. Service takes forever, the drive thru used to be very efficient but is now run by young employees who always seem frustrated when you get to the window, and for good reason. Some employees are speaking separate languages to each other leaving the other employees unsure of what has and hasn’t been done yet. Always such a great experience at this Tims! The staff are super friendly and the service is quick every time. The manager is genuinely so kind and always goes out of her way to make sure everyone’s taken care of. You can really feel how much she cares about both the team and the guests:)
Visited this Tim’s for breakfast and found the donuts fresh and the coffee well made. Drive-thru moved efficiently waited only a few minutes and the staff handled orders politely under pressure. The front-of-house and tables were generally clean; fascinating about this particular store is the staff addresses the customer with a smile even in there rush hours. Overall a good spot for a quick grab-and-go or a casual stop or to hangout with friends
Love the coffee and snacks.... just wish the dining area and restrooms were available a little later than they are now.
