The staff did not greet us or acknowledge us at all—no hello, no thank you—which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I ordered a French Vanilla, which is a very common item, along with a medium coffee with one cream and one sugar. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted old and burnt. While it was still hot, it clearly wasn’t fresh. As far as I know, Tim Hortons’ policy is to serve coffee within a limited time after brewing, and this did not meet that standard.
