Very fast customer service
One of garbage customer service I ever had. The guy who is working evening time doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. He didn’t chai tea bag, I requested him to change the cup. He rudely denied. Then I requested for refund instead of giving me refund he tried to be smart & again charge & walked away. When I asked for receipt then started making excuses. I think owner should teach him some basic lessons how to behave with customers.
Excellent customer service by the evening staff. Clean and nice ambience.
One of the best store i have visited in a long time.
