Very disappointed! I ordered an old fashioned donut and was shocked to see ants crawling out of it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I expect much better quality and cleanliness from a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their food handling and storage practices.
Used to be a more pleasant Tims but not recently. Mobile orders take long to get ready. No sticker applied on those for identification. Mistakes happen on items prepared at drive thru.
Great customer service at this location. Passed by this morning, the team members were very friendly and my order was made quickly and accurately.
