The lack of glove use while preparing sandwiches and handling donut toppings is a clear violation of hygiene standards, especially when done in full view of customers. With all due respect to the beloved Tim Hortons brand, I expect prompt and serious attention to this matter.
Coffee was hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly even during the busy morning rush. Drive-thru moved pretty fast. Overall, a good Tim Hortons experience.
