I usually place mobile orders and pick them up at various Tim Hortons locations, but this particular location has been giving me the worst experiences consecutively in Toronto. The staff are rude, orders are constantly delayed, and they forget order details, giving incomplete orders and then having to ask customers again, which is extremely abnormal. Decent Tim Hortons, but not as quick service as other locations. It gets busy. Also I think the cheese garlic bread could have been better.
I bought 10 Timbits through the drive through and asked for honey dip and glazed chocolate. But after receiving my timbits, I realized they gave me honey dip and the old fashioned timbits. Bad service, next time please listen and double check before giving us the food. Horrible. (Sorry image only had 6)
