This location needs to figure out how to use a grill parking system. Ive been trapped in the drive thru line up 20 plus minutes on 2 occasions now because of someones order taking forever. Once they finally got their order all the cars behind cleared through rapidly because our stuff had been ready for a while. It made me late for work today and I will be avoiding this place before work from now on. Please train your drive thru staff better
Got my order wrong.
Customer service is the worst. I waited outside and knocked on the door since I was hungry and didn't realize that the order was just from the drive-through. They disregarded me and treated me like a homeless person.
