Adam and the older dark haired woman that run the drive thru make my day - every time I’m there. So lucky to have such a killer team. The best customer service.

I went to this Tim Hortons to grab a quick lunch. However when we pulled through the drive thru and order the person taking the order kept making mistakes and it took us awhile to order. Then after grabbing our food we noticed we were missing a garlic bread. I immediately ran into rude employees. Turns out they had missed it in the order, and instead of fixing their mistake they were rude and attempted to belittle me despite it being their mistake.
