Stood at the register for 5 minutes while the staff were chatting in the back. I eventually had to walk around and ask for someone. I asked for something on the menu and was told they have no hot food. I just walked out at that point. Very poor customer service as they were completely oblivious that a customer was there
Ive been a regular customer for the last 10 years and it seems that ever since new ownership has taken over this place has gone completely down hill. Today i decided to go in as drive was lined up almost to the entrance, so i decided to go in as there was only TWO people in line. I waited almost 30 minutes !! Not only that, i get home & no sugar in my coffee and it tastes watered down!
