On Easter Sunday after a hike on Elgin trail my friend needed a coffee. The nearest Tim Horton's was this one. The drive through employee at 12:13 pm didn't say a word serving my friend, just extended his hand for money and then with coffee. Unless this young man is non-verbal, please teach him that customers expect at least a "Hi" and "Enjoy! communication, especially on a relaxed not busy Easter Sunday.
