Terrible service. Messed up my order twice before I even left the cashier. I dont understand what is so difficult about 1 medium coffee with 1 cream and a simply sausage breakfast sandwich. But somehow it is. Also the person making my sandwich after leaving the cashier made it wrong and appeared very uninterested in what she was doing. Would be easier if the owner just let the public self serve. Classic 2025 Tim Hortens. Just gonna boycott all Tim Hortens for the forseeable future. 8pm at night they say "Sorry we have no more Bacon in the store". I was then told they will have bacon for 6am. Why lie? Why not just say that they don't want to put more bacon on to fulfill an order? Lying to customers is just disrespectful.
While this is a very busy Tim’s, they are also one of the most consistent. I can’t remember the last time I got a wrong order. The staff are friendly and work hard. My favorite Tim’s in the city by far.
