Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Tim Hortons. A staff member — a woman with short black hair, usually working the drive-thru window — was putting her saliva on her fingers to open food bags in full view of customers. It was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, her attitude was rude and dismissive, like she simply didn’t care.
