Probably one of the .. homier.. ? If that's the word for it, Tims left. You actually get pleasant staff in the morning who actually seem to care about your order and leave you in a pleasant mood. My only real gripe is PLEASE change the automated voice at the drive thru intercom. That hoarse voice that sounds like a 4-pack a day smoker is just painful; especially too cause physical rewards cards aren't a thing anymore.
Worst experience at this Tim Hortons today afternoon. The supervisors are unorganized, the drive-thru took forever, and they even gave me the wrong coffee. The place is always short-staffed and the service keeps getting worse. I’d recommend going to other Tim Hortons locations like Brantford, Cambridge, or Kitchener instead.
I stopped by this Tim Hortons today and was really disappointed with the management. There was only one girl working up front handling both drive-thru and counter orders and doing other work, while another employee stayed in the back. The poor girl was clearly overwhelmed trying to do everything herself. It’s unacceptable for management to leave one person alone in night hours. I visited around 9 with my daughter, and it was unfair to the staff too. This location seriously needs supervision.
