I have been a loyal Tim Hortons customer and, on multiple occasions, I have saved my Tim Hortons Rewards points so that I can surprise my wife by redeeming them for a free coffee for her in the morning. Unfortunately, this particular location has repeatedly caused issues with these redemptions. I ordered a large vanilla coldbrew with an espresso shot. And I got a large cup filled with just vanilla cream. They refused to take it back and fix it. Like thanks.
I went to order a Matcha and I specifically told the worker to mix the power well and once it’s came out the only too much powder wasn’t mixed but also they forgot to put heavy cream and the top cream they put I don’t know it was kind of disappointing I guess because I specifically told them to mix the powder and then it came out with that not done and also ingredients missing
