Quick and good service
visited this Tim Hortons on two consecutive days and had disappointing customer service experiences both times. Yesterday, I ordered 5 Timbits, but the employee (a school-age Asian boy) casually gave me only 4. When I pointed it out, he handed me the missing Timbit without even apologizing. Today, I ordered a steeped tea. An employee wearing a turban told me it would be ready in about 2 minutes. Very busy place. Good service. Love the Reno!
Would be nice to actually get 20 timbits when you order 20 timbits. Never fails 3 times now they give 15-18 instead of 20. And who has time to go back and complain about 2-5 missing timbits. Super annoying especially that you’re paying for it. Avoid this location, they are unfair and I’m unsure either the employee get a bonus for stealing timbits from each box or they are trained to do so or there is no attention to detail Will avoid this location, it’s possible that’s what they actually want! They won.
With 4 people working, and myself as the only customer between the store and the drive thru, the team managed to get my bagel with cream cheese to me in almost under 5 minutes. 3 employees walked past my order before letting the 4th know it was sitting there waiting to be given to me. Incredible talent
