I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a brown sugar oat latte, I made CERTAIN to state I needed oat milk. I was given dairy instead. Yesterday I asked for the same thing and received oat milk in my latte as opposed to whatever dairy was used today. When I called to ask and let them know, Danny the assistant manager was kind of rude; telling me that’s how it’s made and being extremely condescending. Update: I was contacted by the manager of this location who did actually make great effort to apologize, explain recent changes and rectify the situation. Communication goes a long way and I value this gesture and appreciate this response to my experience. I’m updating my rating and will return and give it another shot… I’ve been going to this location for years but in the last year I started going out of my way to other locations in Barrhaven to avoid this place.
