Went to go pickup a coffee before work and they’re infested with wasps I have no intentions on going back as long as there’s wasps flying around inside the building
We were coming back from a road trip and, ordered drinks with bagel and cream cheese. They put very, very little amount of cream cheese, leaving many spots on bagel without it. When we showed it to the server, they started ignoring us first and then started arguing later. We've been to countless Timmies and mostly they oblige. Wouldn't recommend this place. Double check your orders.
I bought a bagel with cream cheese and once I received it on drive through it should have been double toasted with butter and having a adequate amount of cream cheese in the bagel and when we objected to them that in one side it has the cream cheese and in the other it was completely blank Even when we tried to tell them that it was not one scoop they started arguing with us that it is one scoop and that we were wrong. I would not come to this place ever.
John is awesome at this Tims Perfect costumer service and a nice smile all the time. Perfect management
