I want to thank the manager, Wilma, at this Tim Hortons. A few minutes before opening, she kindly allowed me to use the washroom — something she didn’t have to do, but it showed her generosity and thoughtfulness. Her demeanor is so polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. I am extremely happy with the way she manages this location. Wilma truly deserves the highest recognition and position for the way she treats people.
Go out of my way to come here for the amazing service. Amazing employees, and have never had an issue with my order being correct. The manager has raised her voice at me for not asking for a sleeve at the speaker, but that’s the only bump:)
An old lady was so rude I just asked her to put 1 pump of brown sugar for my iced latte and she yelled at me with a loud voice that they only put 1 and it was so sweet couldn’t drink it
The worst service I ever had . We ordered large coffee with no ice and they filled half of cup because we asked them no ice and we ordered chocolate timbit for our child and they wrapped that in paper and gave to us . The store manager never compensated for this service .
