Very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons, especially from the manager, Lori. We come here regularly, but every time we try to order something, Lori responds in a rude and dismissive way. On multiple occasions, she has told us “we don’t do that” or “we don’t have ice,” which is strange for a Tim Hortons. She speaks to customers without respect, making us feel unwelcome.
