The worker Gurshan was the best worker ever. He was so kind to me and he made my day.
This is a busy Tim Hortons inside a mall. The lineup moved quickly. First problem - the cashier charged me incorrectly. The payment went through, then it was difficult to get a refund. The drink I ordered - Pumpkin Spice Latte, tasted like hot water with milk, absolutely no flavor. This location needs to work on their staff training. I won't be back and I will spread the word to others to avoid this location.
Great service at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, polite, and served everything quickly. I had a good experience and would definitely come back again. 👍☕
