Amazing staff I would say! Very hardworking and always ready to help and serve the customers! The food is yum and this particular store has become my go to spot to have my lunch and chill out after work.
They’re always friendly and they wait for people what they want to order they’re always patient. They always know what you are ordering. They always ask how you’re doing or have say if you’re having a bad day they may say oh have a awesome day or are they like if you’re having a heart of choosing if you’re having a hard choice of something off the menu they make right of what they like and they might give you idea of the menu. Bagel lacked cream cheese compared to other Tim Hortons establishments. Frozen lemonade was made wrong; not frozen or blended, but warm. Do not recommend.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons, wood-groove. I really appreciate the customer service provided by Manager Sarabjeet, Jyoti Kumari and crew members They were so genuine and I had a great talk with them. I must recommend this place to visit you will have fresh drinks and food to have and unbeatable customer service.
